VHX Warranty question

Hello, if I buy a VHX used off Reverb and it was new in 2021... does it still have the factory Warranty? @Leo Diezel

I know they come with a 3 year warranty right?

Debating getting it used or off Sweetwater brand new but they have a demo unit for $400 off.
