The Ecstasy uses an audio taper treble pot, versus the linear taper most amps use. This means when the treble is at noon on the Bogner, it's like 8:00 on most amps. So, you either compensate by turning treble or presence up, or complain on forums that Bogners sound like crap because you adjusted the controls with your eyes instead of your ears.
