Here's some video footage from our jam over the weekend.
It's Cron playing his parts Telecaster through both our rigs.
The Telecaster is a work in progress, and the wiring still hasn't been grounded yet.
So there's a lot of noisy hum and static as a result.
It has a Duncan Custom bridge, and a Duncan P-Rails neck.

I should explain that this was Cron's first few minutes on my amp after we hooked everything up.
The Peters was still dialed in for my rig with most controls around 12 o'clock.
You'll notice at 1:17 he adjusts the damping and the amp opens up a bit.
And there's still plenty of scope for adjustment on the High, Presence, Low and Depth controls.
By the time we were halfway into the high-gain recordings at the link below, Cron had the Gryphon sounding mean as hell.

Anyways, here's Cron's Mesa MarkV through his Mesa 4x12 with V30's:

And my Peters Gryphon through my Lopo 2x12's with V30's x G12H30's:

:)

You got the mark V sounding pretty good. I have dogged that amp a lot but i actually got it to sound pretty good today, i keep the presence really low, almost off and turned up the treble. And i didn't use the 5 band graphic EQ. I think the preset knob sounds better for some reason. It was a combo.

 Thanks for sharing man. Love the Peters. You can quote me on that. :D The MArkV does sound pretty good. Got nothing against it but when your in the same room with both I will take the Peters. ( lots of good quoting material here :gethim: )

Yeah cheers man, that was all Cron's doing. :D
I wouldn't know where to begin with a Mk V.

Ha! Thanks Tom.

Both sound great but through my computer the Mark V just sounded huge with tons of low end balls.
