Vinnie Moore update!

I just thought I'd share a few short things from an email I got from Vinnie today. In our back and forth emails I asked Vinnie where his new solo CD would be available and I also congratulated him on his new Dean sig guitar.

From Vinnie regarding the new CD:

..."The cd is definitely available at Amazon and theoretically should be available at Best Buy. RED is the distribution company in USA and they are fairly big....but it's the same ole story....these big chains tend to stock up on the mega artists. but hopefully they'll keep a couple copies in stock."

From Vinnie regarding the Dean sig:

"Thanks for the congrats. I am really liking the Dean, they did a really good job. they have brought in a very good builder name Jon Hill and are doing all USA stuff in house now and with a custom shop vibe."

Yeah, Vinnie was telling me he's been going there a lot lately looking for a new PC/Laptop. I told him that my wife is always on the look out for him there...real "fangirl"...hehehe.

I hope it's a lot better than the new UFO album. Just picked it up and so far, I'm disappointed. Maybe a few more listens and it'll get better.

UFO has a new CD coming out as well. Youtube has some good clips of Vinnie with UFO. Is he using ENGL? Which model. He used to use a Music Man Silouhette right???

Vinnie is a friend of mine. I doubt he would appreciate this.
