Vintage Celestions - ROLA Question.

Hey Crew,

Need some assistance here. I have a vintage Marshall 4x12. I am looking to sell it but I need to know about the speakers. Can anyone tell me exactly what i have here?????? I can tell you that this thing is Friggin awesome. Thanks in advance for your answers. :rock: On!
 
Yes sir...what Mike said..GREAT sounding speakers. I came across a 1980 1960A cab locally here in Wi for like 400..it was in great shape and I haven't looked back. My V30 cabs are now backups...have had some vintage GBs also and I still like this cab more. I think they only put the G12-65s in Marshall cabs from like '78-83, and they first few years were Marshall labeled and then Celestion labeled..the 3120s are the most sought after from what I've read. There's also a bass cone out there as well..but some don't like them as much. Haven't heard those myself so can't give an opinion..hang on to it cuz they are VERY hard to find.. :rock:

Hey Mike!!!!! Long time how have you been??????? When is the next Maiden show?

Thanks guys! I just did a clip of this, my diezel cab combined with the VH4 and wow! I also did another one with my FJA modded 59reish and again......WOW!!!!!!!!! I am so heavy on gear (is there really such a thing :D ?) that I have to bring it down some. So the Marshall and the cab(s) are going to be going :doh: !
 
Friends don't let Friends sell vintage G12-65 speakers and cab..... :)
