Best to avoid it whenever possible. Sorry to hear some people have had issues with guitars, glad to hear others have not, and here's hoping that Kiesel rectifies any issue(s) there may be. At the end of the day, we would all sit around and drink whiskey together outside of a forum, and still attack each other ON forums, for no reason.

IN the real world, I had a close friend of mine try twice to get custom stuff from them....and first and foremost, their customer service was horrid to say the least. Secondly, their quality control was questionable. I am a lefty player and have several Carvins...... all custom ordered....But all of them have to be sent out so they ALL can be wired correctly for a left handed player. (I needed to vent that somewhere....this seemed like a good spot to do so)
