WTF!!

Glad that you are ok considerin what the outcome could have been.

(but... Walking through plate glass is so metal! :) )

I would have made sure to have the doctor give me a pirate's eye patch. Bright side though, how bad ass are you going to look with that scar above your eye?

Thankfully no shattered glass involved. Heal up, build amps, feel better!

Dude! Glad you're ok...safe to laugh now?

Pics or you got a paper cut :D

Ouch! Hope you recover quickly man. I once passed out due to low blood sugar and smashed the ridge of my eyebrow on a sink. Woke up ten minutes later to a guy yelling and throwing water in my face. 8 stitches and a concussion. I've never felt 100% after that. They told me not to go home and try to sleep it off, but I slept for about 20 hours, lol!

Atleast you got stitches.

Mine was a tequila and a face plant on black ice incident. Left eyebrow now is twice as wide as the right! :aww:

soooooooo... I think you might have amnesia - remember that Cherry Bomb amp I loaned you?? I didn't think so... but anyway I need it back now... lol - j/k dude! Heal quick!

Consider yourself very lucky. My friend did about the same several years ago in an old house. Ended up just about completely severing his left hand at the wrist. Literally dangleing by a couple tendons. Used to be a real good guitarist. Now he is still trying to learn to play lefty but can barely hold the pick.

My cousin had the opposite happen to her. We were at McDonalds and she ran to the outside play area. She assumed there was a glass door there and leaned with all her body weight and basically pushed thin air as there was no door. She was horizontal mid flight.

Glad it wasn't worse!
Any office women can now say you have experienced the "glass ceiling"...
Heal up!

Happens to the best of us, speedy recovery!!! Now..............where did I put my car key's?

I thought this was gonna be a thread about room acoustics
Glad your ok Steve ;)
You might need to wear a helmet to work from here out
:poke:

Sudden deceleration sucks :D

Putting the engineering degree to use in other forms

I thought there was no such thing as deceleration, just negative acceleration

My son walked into a parking meter once. I laughed then as hard as i am laughing now. Get well headbanger!!

Sorry to hear about the accident. I'm sure that the HR person is probably thinking, we have a workers comp claim, in the office? WTH?

I worked for a bank in IT and I had a CAT 5 cable that would not come out of a nic. I was using my pocket knife to try to pry it out and it slipped and went through my thumb nail and sliced me pretty good. To that date, I was the only WC claim that they ever had (even though I just went to the ER and returned to work that day).
