What the hell you talking about "that's not what I'm looking for"?!?!?! That thing looks tits man!!

Details please.

Mo
Thank you man. I must have read your post wrong, I thought you were looking for more of a stock one. This one is based off from a Richie Kotzen model. Dimarzio Chopper T bridge and a Twang Thang neck. Boatneck with stainlees steel 6100 frets, bone nut and an ash body which really gives it a great bite!!!! I've never liked Tele's until now and like I said, I play this thing all the time!!
Yes, kitchen sink mod!! I also love to show the coffee curtains my Mom made for me too.

Warmoth on everything but the nut and pickups. Pickups I bought on Ebay new. I have around $750 or a little more into the guitar and IMO it blows away any $1500 Fender!!

I love big necks and Warmoths Boatneck is a nice chunky soft V.

have a red one also but with hum in neck and middle and single in bridge, just killer. Its reliced , has 3 coats of thin nitro just like in the old days, so as it wears the other colors will show. Pin strips are hand painted.

Thanks for the info Gents.

So, what I'm gathering here is that there's really no difference between USACG or Warmoth or Musikraft or the like, correct? Just pick one and go with it?

Thanks for the pics - the info - the opines - everything.

Awesome,
Mo

some more custom job tele's. 1. Solid purpleheart wood tele style guitar. The set neck has a rosewood fretboard and medium jumbo frets with abalone inlays. Have more tele styles if you need some ideas. I'd go custom build all the way.

Lots of difference in how things are constructed, parts used. Do yourself a favor and make some phone calls and do a little investigative digging and you'll figure it out.

They may be assholes, but something tells me you're not the sharpest tool in the drawer. :scared:

I've been "rolling my own" guitars since the mid-90's and have never had any problems with Warmoth from a quality or service standpoint. One thing to remember is that you'll most likely need to have some fretwork done to dial it in for perfection (same goes for the other guys as well).
A cool sounding combo I slapped together years ago was a swamp ash Tele body with a solid rosewood neck...wish I still had it!

Another thing to consider besides Warmoth's great customer service, is their forum. It's one of the best sites I've seen that revolves around building guitars. Any questions you have will be answered by the members. Sometimes a Warmoth employee will chime in if you need something more technical explained. I'm usually on it daily.

Sure... Lemme tell ya that if things were that easy and simple, this forum wouldn't exist whatsoever   Us RT type aren't the most "easy going non-detail orientated" bunch out there.

Peace
