Warning: Stay Away From River Rock Fine Guitars

Posting this here and on TGP. I ordered a Bat Cat Era 30, only to have the owner of River Rock Fine Guitars place the order and then fail to pay Bad Cat. As of today, the amp has not been paid for, and I have nothing to show for it except over 3k out of my bank account. Buyer beware.

You can. River Rock Fine Guitars was/is an authorized dealer.

It has been over 60 days since the initial $2,500.00 charge. I disputed the charge within the first 60 days, but it appeared that the order had already been placed, so I canceled the dispute. The dispute was reopened yesterday.

Holy crap, how can you just "forget" a 2500 dollar amp order?

$3,500.00 amp order. The $2,500.00 was for a Cub V head I returned, and I paid the difference.

Yeah if these guys are a Bad Cat dealer this is what I would do...... It's pretty fucked up.


I bought my Bad Cat through Zzounds...... One of the best amps I have owned or player other than my Princeton Reverb Bordeaux.



So sorry to hear this for OP and what a shame. This is so fucked up : (
