Hello,
I am trying to figure out how on earth the stock bridge XL in my 1991 Davies is supposed to be screwed to the mounting ring. I lost the screws a decade ago when I was trying some alternative pickups. The mounting holes on the stock pickup are plastic and way too wide for normal screws. Did these use a ferrule/insert or were there just huge screws? Asking here because I know there are fellow N4 enthusiasts on this forum.
