Picked up a Wasburn N2 recently. Fresh fret job and set up. I said I wasn't going
to be a Floyd guy anymore but this is a very comfy guitar to play. It had a Duncan
Design JB in the neck. Someone may have not known how to wire it so it was running
only as a single coil. The was the original Bill Lawrence pup with push/pull in the bridge.
Guitar sounded cool but very bright and noisy. Very noisy. haha Part of the hot and
ground going to the jack were taped together. So I decided to try out some
different pups and fix the wiring woes. So here it is. Loaded with a SD Screamin Demon
and a Dimarzio DP410 Virtual Vintage 2.2. Wow! Ton of difference. Neck pup just kills
with sassy blues tones and the Demon is smooth with tons of bit. Did I make a mistake
by removing the Bill Lawrence? Most love em.

How to pendy is that virtual vintage blues? I would hope it doesn't "quack" too much for lack of better word. Does it have decent output for fast runs if boosted?

It has a ton of output! Loves the boost. Don't know why I haven't put it in a guitar for as long as I've had it.
Stays a bit bright but isn't shrill. Has plenty of mids and low end. I also have a DP414 that I think was another
update of the 410. It may be going in my Strat this week.
