Yes he shot them in the back, while they were leaving, after being warned by the police NOT to leave his house and there being a detective on the scene. There is no self defense, it was not his property, he has NO legs to stand on. It's a disgrace that he got let off completely.

Wow, I'm not a gun guy but IMHO you 2 are idiots on this subject. Take a look at the LAWS in place in Texas and this guy HAD the right to do what he did within the law. They came onto HIS property. PLus they're illegal aliens and they had a history of drug crimes. 2 less pieces of shit we have to worry about. It's a FACT that these scumbags would have continued to rob and steal and deal drugs.

Remind me never to do crimes in Texas. Remember the song "Midnight Special" I used to be for capitol punishment but lately Iv'e gone soft and think life in prison without chance of parole is the proper way. Rotten tree hugger kids of mine finally got to me.
