MURDERATOR
Had my doctors appointment yesterday. It’s medical only here. So as I was submitting it and paying my fee I noticed that I was authorized 6 ounces of bud and I believe 60 grams of concentrate….per month. Now it’s been a minute since college but isn’t that like some snoop dog joined cypress hill level shit? Is that normal?

I was looking at the variety of products available and it was pretty interesting. Chewable’s, dabs, tinctures, oils…. And bud….fuck…

right now with kids and grandkids, I want to steer away from smoking. I guess my m.s. has rewired my brain because I don't sleep very much. Kinda want something to knock my ass out. I take ambien and it knocks me out but I'm up an hour and a half later. And I feel like shit plus being foggy.

I have my card for NY. There are no limits AFAIK
when i asked at the dispensary all they said is if any red flags go up i'll get a notification at that time.
so far so good and no lines like the state places. Order online pick up at the door.
way cheaper than the state plus get points i can use on my next purchase

I do edibles, not all the time but some weekends. It helps with my random back pain...and, what I take usually for it does not play well with THC. So, I have to choose one or the other. But, I will say that if I do the edibles it is a guaranteed good night's sleep.

I'll be honest I'm a trainwreck. I have destroyed myself. My back has been broken...3 times I think....plus 7 herniated discs and stenosis. Now the scoliosis is an issue. Need knees.....zero cartilage in either one. They said age 55 for that. Arthritis and a bunch of shit. But it could always be worse and I'm really doing good considering. I can't take pain pills because they hit me to hard and I get sick as fuck. I pop a pill I'm popping a zofran with it or it's probably coming back up. However-I'm not a weed guy...never have been. Not my buzz of choice. I just want something so when those bad days come it will help with that. I dunno if I'm making sense or not...lol...I'm thinking that the Indica edibles or oils is the way to go. I just have zero experience with either one.

If you can, try some edibles. You might be surprised. Just do them in the evening when you aren't going anywhere, obviously lol. But, If your Doc said wait till 55 for knee replacements? BS. I had both of mine done, at the same time exactly 10 yrs ago at 46. Best life choice I could have made. You don't realize how insidious chronic pain is, until you get bilateral Knee arthroplasty and after the initial week after pain is gone, every day you wake up in a much better place because all that no cartilage knee ache is GONE. It was absolutely the best choice I could have made, at age 46.
If I were you, I'd look for a different Orthopedist if they are refusing to replace yours. Nothing worse than bone on bone with every freaking step you take.
The back, that's a tough one and I'm gonna resist surgery as long as I can. Those don't always turn out for the better.
Good luck.

Thanks dude….yeah I’m way past the point of the shots helping.last time I got them it did nothing. I will definitely check out another orthopedic. In this area choices are limited.

Back in 2009 I tried Cortisone...great but after 2 weeks it was back to the pain. Then, 6 months later tried some other injection and same result. Doc told me to wait as long as I could; but if it was too much he'd do the replacements. 4 yrs later and it's still the best choice I could have made.
As long as you try to stay away from high impact workouts, like running etc...biking, swimming are best...those replacement knees can last 30 yrs. That's why they have you wait as long as possible, so you don't have to re do them again.

It's legal here in California but our stupid County government shut all the retail shops down. Now the only way to get it to have it delivered.

The do-gooder idiots on our County Board of Supervisors don't trust adults to make their own choices. Their decision boils down to "Can't let the citizens who partake have convenience. No, no, no!"

Does your medicinal card negate your gun ownership rights? It may have changed by now, but I know that early on they had a firearm clause buried in the fine print.
