I own 3 houses. I rent none of them out. They’re like knives or basses. I just like to have a lot of them.

By the time renters run a place down the cost to renovate cancels most if not all of the profits from the rental income. I wouldn't rent any decent house out. It'd have to be an already run down low value shack.
