Just had a fed ex driver come to my door and tell me his boss lives down the street and has a package for me. Asked if I'd be home all day.

We had a new driver the other week...he caame by at like 7:30 or something.
He said "I could see what this is (it was a guitar) so I wanted to get this to you before you left for work."
Sadly....I haven't seen him since.
EDIT: Oh, this was FedEx Ground as well...not Express.

I had a note w/cell # on my door. I called and she said "I just live around the corner and I'll bring your package after I finish dinner". Now thats service!

Must be something in the air. This morning the DHL driver stopped me in town, miles away from my house, to give me a box. Probably a sign that I should slow down the gear merry-go-round...

It's been a tease for me. My amp was supposed to be here last night according to the fedex site until it changed at like 4pm yesterday to today. Then the truck pulls up and there's still no amp.

Yeah, man that should be illegal for them to pull in and not give you something. You should've made him give you something out of the truck.

I've had the same UPS guy for quite some time now. Lately when I'm not home he actually attempts to hide it behind the bushes now

I was not home when UPS delivered a box to me. The package he dropped off was about the size of a shoe box. Since I was not home, he put it right in front of the front door. Too hide it, he put the door mat over it. 
I would have beat his ass on sight if I had caught him. It was actually kind of funny.

So discrete! Usually my UPS guy just throws it out front and runs. Even when people are home, looks like they probably had some customer service training or something

My UPS man is always at the same pizza joint at the end of the day, got to the point once he brought the box into the joint as he knew I would be showing up
