well the herbert is back, and problem remains :(

so i recieved the amp from uwe yesterday, played one show last night, everything went perfect, amp rocked no prob. halfway through tonights show all sound stopped. same problem as before!! i no it is the head as i played with just head cords and cab, nothing else in the chain. (btw all backup amps have worked perfectly in my rig so i know without a doubt its the herbert) so now i have to pay to send the amp back to uwe, thats roughly 130 bucks i have spent in shipping so far and then add on another 65 or so for this trip back to cali and my poor amp still doesnt work. Peter is there something we can do to make this right?

uwe's assistant returned my call today and said to ship it back. he also mentioned a customer with a herbert that was about 3 or 4 weeks old doing the same thing mine is and he ended up getting it replaced by a new one. whatever is the solution it must be quick as i am a profeesional player and desperately need my rig back to normal. even worse my einstien ahsn't arrived so i dont even have another diezel as a back up we will see what uwe says when he recieves the amp. this is not a good boat to be in

Hey Andy....

I really hope you get the problem worked out really fast! I'm sure with the kind of support that Diezel is known for they will take good care of you. You were one of the people that really convinced me to get a Diezel, and I know I'm not the only one. You've been extremely positive in spreading the good word of the wonder that is Diezel. I really would be disappointed if you were not taken care of properly. I'm sure you will be though...
