Pretty sure Page was using Marshall's with KT-88's in them........

At least at the Madison Square Garden Show it was 100 watt Marshall's with KT-88's. There was a guy that used to be on Metro that started building and selling them. This guy knows everything about Jimmy Page, maybe go check out his site if it is still up.

Here's the Supro tone

The scarves are a total no-go for me.

I'm out.

I do know he has 200 watt super leads for a bit . Maybe that’s the same amp
Idk

I'd heard Supro, Magnatone, Vox and Silvertone for the early years.
I think Supro and Vox are pretty well confirmed by Page himself.
Magnatone and Silvertone are not only unverified, but also easily conflated.

Didn't know he was using Hiwatts live at one point; thought it was pretty much Marshalls all the way.
I've never been too obsessive about guitar-god gear choices.

At least Page has been forthright about his - EVH was never trustworthy on anything gear- related...

Supro was in there...Supro Coronado
You can hear the open back tone.. Really it kinda sucks, but it's all you've known for 50+ years..
But you had Bonzo's big Drum sound and JP's layering and production with great songs which add up to WIN.
