I still have the stock pickups in my 20+ year old rg770....IBZUSA F4/F2/C3. I also like the 57's in my LP Classic.

Peavey Wolfgang ftw

What were in those? I don't change mine either when I had one. Also had an ibanez rg550 back in the day I didn't just hate the pups. Some kind of ibz pups.?

Probably the same ones that are in my 770.

I love my PRS #7's and 408s.

#7s are awesome. I have a 2001 Singlecut with them. That guitar rules.

Same here. I dunno why but i hate them in the SC. Swapped out to a JB and put the #7 in my Fernandes Decade Elite. Sounds great in that guitar.

I'll second that. The SSH+ and Aldrich have become my favorite pickups. Every time I try a new pickup manufacturer I end up losing 50% on the resale of it in new condition. I felt that burn twice with Bare Knuckles.  :aww:

EBMM VH/Axis pups for me. Wish they were available for purchase. Not sure why either  They'd sell a crap load of them. big poppa is a very stubborn, hard nosed arrogant man with an ego the size of the state he lives in...imho. Makes great instruments though

PRS VB/HFS, 57/08, 85/15 in my PRS Custom 24s. All sound great, never felt the need to replace them or experiment with other pickups.

the pickups on the EBMM axis guitars!(custom wound for EVH dimarzio's)
I bought a few sets of those for my other guitars i liked them so much

Surprisingly, the Schecter SuperRock II bridge and neck. I don't think they make them anymore. They were based off an original Anderson design, I believe. The neck humbucker is the best I've found in that position, having tried quite a few; Demon neck, AIIpro, Whole Lotta, Classic 57, Pearly Gates.

The stock bridge pickup in my older version '52 Hot Rod telecaster is the most gnarly Tele bridge I've ever owned that actually retains the tele vibe. Ive had Lollars, Don Mare, Lawrence, BKP, and Fender custom shop in my teles and this is my go to tele for rock. It's juicy and screams, some sort of reverse wound broadcaster style unique to this model from what I understand.

Ibanez Talman's fom the early 90's had some really sick lipstick single coils, super chimey

I liked the burstbucker 1 and 2s in my R0.

Also like PRS 59/09s

My burstbucker 1 and 2's are really great pickups

I love the 59/09s in my custom 24 and the tremontis in my tremonti. Honestly I have yet to hear a bad pickup from PRS in their core line
