What are the "best" Dimarzio Humbuckers for Hard Rock?

The stock bridge DiMarzio in the Axis models is basically a Tone Zone right? I think it sounds great in that guitar. I have a Luke III with the Transition and I'm thinking of swapping it out. It sounds a bit mushy on the low end with chords when using gain. It sounds good on leads and it nice and clear there, but too thuddy on the low end.
 
For a super strat, for hard rock, I'd go with the Gravity Storm, Norton, or Breed in the bridge and PAF Joe in the neck.
