I'm thinking about another delay unit .
I have a timeline 2 it sounds great but I think it is way more then I need ?
I think something that has good quality sound , can be run through the fx loop ,
And is user friendly a few knobs simple !!

Any ideas ?
What are you running ?

Thanks
Jim

What do you think about
Tc flashback ?
Dl8 hardwire ?

Here is a vid i made in Madison Square Bedroom with my DL 8 on the modulation setting a while back. Excuse the beer gut

I use providence delay in the loop of my classic, it´s a very transparent and dynamic!

Cool thanks for the replies !!
I have a timeline 2 I'm slowly starting to use it.
I finally downloaded the manual.
It sounds great just takes me forever to program and mix .
I don't really know how to use lit yet ..
I like more simple stuff!! But I like quality .

Philnz what pedal do you like more the el captain or flashback ?
What pedal is more user friendly ?
What one does more ?
Thanks
Jim

TC Flashback has been loaned out to a friend for a while now but it sounded great.

The El Cap gets the bulk of my effects use as far as pedals go.
After a bit a dialing, my settings are pretty close to the bright tape sample setting in the user manual.
I found it to work well with rhythm playing for giving that bigness without sacrificing clarity.

The Flashback gives you more choices as far as different sounds go, particularly with downloadable toneprints.

Can't go wrong with either pedal.

I'm starting to learn how to use my Timeline 2
It sounds great !!
Just so much for my tiny brain !!!
I like things simple and all the adjustments are almost endless !
I am not going to get rid of the timeline .
Was just thinking about another for simple stuff right now until I really learn how to use what I have or just for more options .
Thanks
Jim

yea I have only had it for a couple of days but I am amazed at how good it sounds, how well built it is, and how little money I spent. I had to wait a month to get it (shipped from china) I'm running it in the loop with no problems I went for it after seeing the video and price
