What are you using for Pedal Power supplies?

Wanted to know what you guys are using to power your pedal boards with. I need to pick up a new or an additional supply. I'm looking at 9 pedals total and 3 of which are 18V. I currently have a voodoo lab pedal power 2plus (which isnt enough anymore).

Anybody try the MXR/CAE MC403?

Just a plain vanilla Voodoo Labs PP2+. When I needed more for my large board, I just added a second one. I use their voltage doubler cable for my 18v needs (which is why I needed a second one). Never had any issues with them.

One of the routes I may go, doubler cables and dedicate one PP2+ for the 18v's

I’m a cheap ass so I’m using a Vitoos DC8, which is three isolated power supplies, one of which is 9v with six daisy chained sockets, and the other two which are switchable between 9v, 12v, and 18v. It was cheap, decent current rating (if it’s to be believed) and multiple voltage options. Some slight switching noise in the background if I have my amp up loud with no gate and I’m not playing, but it’s so subtle I don’t care. For the price I think it’s pretty good.

I'm using a TrueTone CS-12 and have been very happy with it. I've had it for about a year and no issues at all. It's been quiet, reliable, and has a lot of power options for 9V, 18V, plenty of mA, etc.

I did an overhaul of my board last year and went with a Strymon Zuma and 2 Strymon Ojai's. It was pricey, but should be all I'll ever need. It's good stuff. There are several really good quality ones out there. My best advice I think I could give is don't skimp on a power supply, not that you are, just saying...

The first HB developed a hum in one of the outputs; well within warranty, easy replacement from Thomann and the 2nd one is going strong for a few years already.

Note, only 9V DC pedals, most of them analog, except 2 TC Delays at home and a Boss RE-20 for live.

I daisy chain my analog pedals with a 1-Spot and use a Dunlop 9V power supply for my digital delay. I honest get the same results from this as I would a Voodoo Labs. If it ain't broke......!

Analog pedals have such low MA requirements you can daisy chain a bunch of them. An MXR Phase 95 draws like 8MA and the blue analog chorus about 10-15 I think.

Looks like im just going to grab another voodoo PP+2 and some doubler cables. Dedicate one to 18V and let the other handle the 9v’ers.
