Scumbacks and EVH Celestion....

They are nice!

I just switched out an H30 with a Heritage Greenback (which is an EVH Celestion) it sounds great...it's gonna stay for awhile....then when I'm bored I can switch back.

I know what I like, but I just need a change once in a while.

Seriously, how ridiculous is the fact that the g12m heritage are more expensive than the EVH g12m's and they are the same speaker. Are you paying for the green "vintage" looking cap on the back? I'm about to load my 2 superV's up with my reissue greenbacks, we'll see how that sounds.

rivera amps has a cool speaker demo shootout on youtube that compares various celestions,eminance, jbl, evm, etc. its cool to check out and u might be surprised in what u like.

Thumbs up for the reissue greenies / Lynch Super V in an X pattern for me. Good balance of crunch and warmth and the harshness of V30's is not there seeing as the SuperV are mellower on top. Might want to consider them as they are being discontinued soon.
