Some nice guitars in here.

This year the stat has really taken me over, it's pretty well all I've been using...but not a real strat, I like a humbucker in the bridge. :D

My two favorites...

Awesome! What pickups do you have in there?

My pre-serial # Ibanez Destroyer. Vintage Mighty Mite Distortion w/ Super70 A8 mag; it's getting a Fralin hum-canceling P90 in the neck when I get home.

Stock '92 strat single coils and a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the rosewood fretboard one.
Texas Special single coils and a Dimarzio Super DIstortion in the maple fretboard one.

Ya, I like the Dimarzio Super Distortion is strats. I have another zebra SD here that I am about to install in another strat. :D

This 77 Ibanez V is inspiring. The neck pickup is Zeus-like.

Cool!
Us Tele guys gotta stick together....

Right on man! I think we're the only two in this thread

Count me in. The goldtop is my #1, and apparently is the first Bluesman Vintage made (traded). Other one is a solidbody sapele build I made with my uncle. Both play like butter and sustain like crazy. Lot of good stuff written with these guys. :-)

Man I dunno if it's the serious GAS I got myself into with this thread or if I'm just uber tired, but I've actually been toying with the idea of trading my beloved LP. Nothing particular in mind. Just try'n to get a feel for whats out there. So if you feel like entertaining the idea and want more info/pics or just wanna talk me back into my senses, feel free to drop me a line!

Handmade Atlas mahogany super strat with SD JB and Jazz - great guitar.

features/looks wise that's probably one of the best teles i've ever seen , like a souped up Wolfgang , with a forearm cutaway and a soapbar in the neck, killer combo

my jaw is still reeling from some of the other guitars in this thread.. and just before xmas..whyyy =0

Thanks, man!
Crazy that you picked up on the Wolfgang-ness... I played Wolfgangs for years and always wanted a red one but could not find a decent one, and then after production stopped prices for really clean ones were insane. So my guitar tech heavily advised me to build my own Parts-O-Caster using USA Custom Guitars stuff, and this is what I came up with! Always liked the Tele shape so I picked this body style over Tommy's "Wolfpack" body.

My G&L always has a great feel, tone and vibe. Also, this guy really makes me wanna play!
