What do you Marshall guys think of this head?

I would mod it but thats just me. There are lot of amps out there that do the hot rod marshall sound but I have yet to hear any that I like more than the Fortin Cali :rock: and even the Fortin Hulk :thumbsup: I say do if thats what YOU want. It'll be yours.

JMO but the Fortin Mod'd stuff are the hottest tones out there bar none and I am on a mission to acquire both the Cali and Hulk. I just got a job that is going to aid me in that mission as well.
 
Amps are meant to be played. Buy it and try it if you like it awesome, if not, cut it up!!!! Play that thing like you stole it! Screw babying it and putting it in a closet. :D
 
Do they have any evidence that Al actually owned it, or are you just taking their word for it?
I they don't have some way to substantiate their claims, that amp is overpriced by about $400. (IMO)

Also, even if he technically owned it was it even used on any recordings or performances? I like how the store casually says it was used on a record when most artists can't tell you what they used on any one song, especially from that long ago.
