I currently have:

*Shure SM57 (3x)
*Shure SM58 (1x)
*Sennheiser MD421 (1x)
*Sennheiser e609 (1x)
*Audio Technica AT4040 (1x)



thinking about buying another AT4040 so I can use them as stereo overheads, and a Shure Beta 52 for kick.

what mic's do you guys have?

Ironic, last week I did a 3 part series on microphones and the 2nd video was a tour of my mic locker. Nothing crazy high end, but enjoy:

 
A few Shures, Neumans, and EVs. But unless it's a vocal mic I don't even take them out because I use IRs now for cabs rather than mic.

e906 has a switch adjusting the hi-mids bump dB amount.. e609 has no adjustability

e906 has a filter switch for changing the eq curve. e609 doesn't. Other than that I don't think there is too much difference.
I've never used a e906. I just went with the e609 cause it seemed like the same thing but cheaper.
