What is the most “custom” of all the custom shops?

I’ll soon be in the market for a custom order superstrat. It’ll be something like a classic Charvel, but I’ll probably go with something other than a Charvel. I’ve heard from some people that ESP will literally make you anything you want. So if I wanted a San Dimas body with a Fender headstock, they’d do it?
What other places should I look?

ESP won’t put a Fender headstock on, and their strat body is more Fender than Charvel. I’d be looking at Charvel, Luxtone or Chubtone, but the last two won’t get you a Fender headstock either.

If you order from within Japan, ESP will do sorta whatever you want to pay for. If you order for delivery to the US, then ESP will do whatever you want to pay for that doesn't violate US trademarks (they won't send a Strat head into the US).

I've ordered two completely custom Schecters that are flawless, and they'll do whatever you want as long as it doesn't violate anyone else's trademarks. I highly recommend them.

Charvel seems like your only option with the correct headstock.
