What is this Cable For?

I bought the wrong connector. I was going to make a spare wireless cable, but I got a mini 3 pin XLR instead of a mini 4 pin XLR. I made a female mini XLR to male XLR patch cable instead. What the fuck do I do with this? What is it even used for? Does anyone need this?

It's kinda like my last relationship. The male is full size and the female is tiny. While I wish they were more compatible, they just don't fit together.
