Gainfreaks MK IV with his home setup by running a miced cab into his Lexicon is the best lead setup I have ever played, I still remember the first day years ago hearing that rig.
Tom Anderson Cajun Magenta Drop Top w/Mahogany body/Quilted Maple top, Maple neck and Rosewood fretboard, HN2+ bridge humbucker, SD1R Middle single, and H1 neck humbucker or Jackson SL2H Black Cherry Metallic w/ an EMG 81 bridge, 60 neck in to a Danelectro Fish n' Chips EQ going to a Mesa Boogie Quad preamp feeding the power section of a slaved Boogie Mark IV running to a POD XT Pro for some 'verb and delay then to a Mesa Strategy 500. Cabs were my two Ear Candy Buzz Bombs with Sugarcones on one side and a Mesa Halfback 4x12 with EVM12Ls on the other. No dry signal. Hot Plate set to load on the Mark IV.
Absolutely unadulterated gloriousness. The only way it could have been better was with a better FX processor.
