What topics DON'T you click on?

For me,
-Shred based threads, guitar & artist related.
-Blues based threads. No interest personally.
-Pedals based threads. I'm starting to just not care since I've grown to hate using pedals.

Pretty much over 95% of the threads.

I love the more vintage mid-gain type tones. I don't own an amp with more than three preamp tubes.
Queen, STP, Van Halen, Landau, etc...not into shredders, I dig guys that play for the song.

My tastes are in the middle of Rig Talk and The Gear Page. I find forums get polarized to one style and get very boring.
 
Anything that has Kate or Katy in the thread title.

I hate big boobs and hot chics

I basically come here for the amp talk only. I don't really have even close to the same tastes in guitars as the general RT crowd, and I'm not really into pedals. I post more on TGP when it's about guitars. I'm a straight into the amp kind of fella, sometimes a boost, but I try to get around that. There's less cranky people and drama on this board than others, that's for sure. It's a more relaxed environment. I generally stay away from the general discussion area too, especially when it's about any politics, ethics, gun laws, etc topics... some of the opinions and mindsets on here are outdated and infuriating.

Basically, any topic where a grown man needs his hand held to make a decision.

I tend to open a lot of threads but the ones that I seldom open are the ones relating to:

-speakers (I'm not that knowledgable in speaker selection nor it interests me that much
-cabinets (read above).
-pick ups (I know what I like in my pick up but I'm not into brands nor models, etc etc.)
-shredder stuff
-any amp that I don't find interesting
-most amp mods threads I just find extremely boring
-tube related topics
 
non descriptive thread titles like"I'm thinking about...." or any of "what is best" (tube, amp, guitar) threads.

A bunch more if I have zero or little interest in the thread title. ;)

^this. plus, 80's themed threads, vs. threads, or the endless modded marshall threads. also, agree about only coming in here for amps, not into all the illustrated/$5k/suhr/neon ibanez guitars in here. but whatever, no one responds to my threads about vintage amps, different strokes i guess.

Any thread that has "ignore the flubs," "listen to my clip but ignore the clams" or similar in the subject and basically anything that's on-topic.
 
I go out of my way to not click on Kemper or AxFx threads.

Also anything Dokken or Lynch. :doh:
 
Ya- more or less avoid the thread starter more than the topic.

Of course, there are exceptions to every rule.

For example, if the thread was "Kate Upton vs. Elle MacPherson in her prime, settled via a bikini-clad wrestling match involving oil", we might be inclined to poke our heads in?......the thread, that is! :lol: :LOL:
