What's a used VHT Pittbull Ultra Lead go for these days?

Hey guys

I'm thinking of flogging my VHT. It's a 2007, excellent condition and re-tubed. Any idea what they're worth used now? I haven't seen any kicking around.

I would have preferred not asking like this, I didn't want it to look like spam, but I'm really curious what I should value it at as far as a trade or straight up sell.

TBH, it's worth what someone will pay for it. That said, I believe they are going anywhere from $1700 - $2000. With the market the way it is right now, expect to get something on the lower end...like $1800.

Yeah, seems the market is slow. I have a Gibson Explorer for sale and barely got any interest. Good thing I'm not in a hurry to sell anything lol

I search then GC used section from time to time and find some kickass deals,but they seem to be in the ball park for used gear,I saw a couple VHTs on there this morning,but I don't recall how much :thumbsup:
 
The high point was a few months ago....2300?

I've seen them go for 1700-1800 now though.

I've sold two and ya, $1700-$1800 is the going rate right now.
 
$1800 seems to be getting a decent price if you can move it at that. I was offered $2000 a few weeks ago for my CLX.

The Ultra SHOULD pull $2000 and the CLX should pull $2350, but thanks to a bad economy....
 
Damn. I remember just before the name change it was $3699.99 new. Gonna be rough if I have to take less than $2000 for it. I was hoping $2300. Maybe I'll fair out better locally, who knows.

Any amp is one monster clip away from gaining positive forward movement in the resale department.
 
I payed $2000 around six months ago for mine. It is also a 2007 UL. Not planning on getting rid of mine. Good luck bro. It's shitty out there. :aww:
 
And for $2K, you will not find a better amp all around.
