What's the best adhesive for reattaching a voice coil dust cap on a Celestion V30?

I picked up a used Celestion V30 and I noticed some of the dust cap is no longer attached to the surround. Is it worth re-attaching?
 
Tip: When the glue is setting, place a shot glass on the dust cap to weigh it down firm. :cool:
