Whats the Black Eye mod?

I heard Mr. Friedman has an even more aggressive module mod than the HBE called the Black Eye. What does it sound like and can the Mr Scary module be modded to be a Black Eye????

By the way Dave the SL+ modded HBE module Dan lent me is fantastic!!!!!!!!

I've never played it, but Dave said it was basically a heavier, slightly more modern sounding version of the Hairy Brown Eye.
