I have a kick ass PWE (was STevenson) on order, it will be set neck, quilt top over mahog, anderson hum sin hum, recessed floyd w/D tuna (route so the d tua doesnt tear up the body). His guitars are amazing ! cant wait to get it

I'm torn between what I'm wanting for my next guit-fiddle. I either want another american strat (preferably in daphne blue or sienna burst) to turn into a custom double fat strat or a Les Paul of some sort (I can't decide between Gibson or Edwards  ).

I've been drooling for both of these...

I bought an Ibanez RG770DX Reissue in Ruby Red several months ago. They made 200 in red and 200 in blue. I want a blue one but haven't been able to find one that's brand new and unmolested.

Oh, and I want that candy stripe Kramer that sah5150 was selling - but took off the market

I have an original 1991 RG770DXLB with the unfinished neck.

Was my main stage guitar for years!

I also have a 1992 RG770DXVM--wish they would re-release THAT color. I picked it up of the 'bay and the plastic was still on the truss rod cover!!

Cheers,

Oh, and this is in-bound but has been on back-order since March... C'mon Fender!!! Get with the program!! :gethim:

I would love to have an Ernie Ball Music Man Axis - Ball Family Reserve... Why are they so hard to find? I can't play one in a store anywhere near the cornfield that I live in and there seems to be a severly limited distributor network

I just ordered a custom specced G&L Legacy through Pro Guitar Shop. eff me.

BUT IT WILL BE GLORIOUS!

Specs:

White finish
Birdseye Maple Neck
Gun Oil Gloss Finish
Natural Wood Binding
Red Tortoise shell pickguard
Creme colored pickups
G&L Slim C neck

so think this, except with creme pickups and a tinted birdseye maple neck :inlove:  :inlove:

built time is about 45 days... it will be the longest 45 days of my life

meeting with brent gutierez in an hour to discuss my next build. stopped in phoenix az just to meet with him and have him spec out one of my favorites to have him do his version of it.

special thanks to juggernaut for hooking me up with him.

If I ever get another electric, I would LOVE to have a Suhr strat with no finish (clear matte or raw/oiled), a non-recessed floyd, and two pickups in H/S fashion.
