Morello is at least unique and has the back catalogue of music to prove it. Their stuff jams live. RATM is a powerhouse.

Great post and spot on. RATM we’re most definitely a powerhouse, a wrecking ball of live band, and TM was a big reason for that. Who gives a flying fuck that he got smoked by those other guys in the clip? Like he doesn’t know that? At least he had the balls to go up there and be himself and have fun with it. I’m willing to bet that the majority of the hate here is due to his politics more than his playing. Grown ass men so butthurt over a 30 second guitar solo. Take a Midol, snowflakes.

This would all make a lot more sense if that’s the case. And if not, then like I did with VonBomwhatever, I’m going to apologize because sometimes I do not realize fast enough when I’m talking to someone on the spectrum.

I have put up clips. You didn’t see them because I didn’t post them in the OT.

Don't worry, before long Trudeau will take them all up here in Canada. Just wait for it.. your problem will become our problem. The playbook is obvious on this one and Toronto and Ottawa are close enough to NY to make that happen. I'm in Ottawa... can't wait :-/

I listen to interviews with people in NY and so far all have been against it. I don't think the people of NY are down for that at all.. I think the City might be ( for some stupid reason or other) To me it's insanity. Crime going to spike and thanks to " defund the evil police", that places is headed even further down the gutter. I am really perplexed by what's happening on your southern border. I can't make sense of it. What's the reasoning beyond costing your tax payers billions? citizenship for active service in the war against China? .. ok I'm in the off topic section now. I'll stop

No need to stop, most people believe the border situation is for political gain but there are many theories. It's good we talk about it while we staill can.

I know for sure that it is being facilitated by this administration. Our own HHS has been setting up camps and transportation through the Darien Gap in Panama.

NY is now in a state of civil war. The communists have shown their cards and there will be a mass exodus out. God only knows how this is all going to play out.

Anyway, back to the topic: Tom Morello isn't a shredder. He never claimed to be. He writes memorable songs and he's an innovative guitarist that sold millions of records because RATM's music makes a lot of people happy whether they agree with his politics or not. Audioslave, The Prophets of Rage... Tom was an integral member of those bands. His "Night Watchman" solo stuff kicked ass, too.

Bruce Springsteen had Tom join his band for a tour. People who can't play don't end up in Bruce's band.

I don't like Marxism at all, but I don't care about their politics because the music by those three bands and his solo work is brilliant.

Tom was up there having a good time with his friends. They know his style and they asked him to join them. They all had fun. Case closed. YMMV.
