I always blamed the drinking on my heritage too, but turns out that the real culprit is the glass in my hand.

One of Hitler's goals was to take much of Eastern Europe and that's exactly what Russia did at the end of the war. So you could argue some of what we fought for was slightly futile - another country did the same thing as what Germany did. Many of those Eastern European countries did not want to be subjugated by Russia.

Dude, almost no one believes the moon landing was fake. And Russia has been pretty god damn evil for just over a hundred years. And arguably for the 300 years that proceeded that.

What's funny is Putin isn't letting the hordes over run his country and he's not trying to tear down the religion of his countrymen like most of the western leaders are doing which is something koala would get on board with if it were happening in the west. Yet somehow to baby koala Russia is still the cold war boogeyman.
 
Completely coincidentally, I majored in Russian history in college. No I didn't get a degree in it, but I studied it for a few years.
