Where’s A Good Deal for a Rack?

Is it just MF, GC etc. Looking for a rack on wheels, 12-16 spaces, angled even better. They sure seem to be pricy these days.
 
The last one I got was from Sweetwater. There are the usual flight case companies too, but I think if you're just looking for an off-the-shelf rack, one of the big box stores is probably the most economical. I've gotten a couple of floor board cases from Road Cases USA, but they also do rack cases. Reasonably inexpensive, but also no frills.

I will occasionally see some racks pop up on local craigslist or Facebook marketplace, but they've never been exactly what I was looking for.
 
I just keep my eyes peeled on the local craigslist and facebook marketplace. I was looking at 8Us and the cheap cases at GC are $120-$200. The nicer ones are $300+. The shockmount ones at sweetwater are $600+. Fuck that. I found an SKB 8U shock mount on facebook marketplace for $120. Before that I had a 6U plywood shock mount case that I got for $100 local. It's not worth it to buy these things new.

This. I found a 12u SKB with wheels for 100$ at a Music Go Round last year. Be patient and they will pop up used.
 
With a title like that take a guess where RT will take it...btw we might as well see them racks lol
 
I have an 8 space Mesa Boogie SUS-4 shock mount rack with wheels that I would like to sell locally. PM me, if you're interested.
 
Better jump on that offer. I wish I could find a 12u like that?
 
What I love is I had one for years that I picked up for nothing and eventually sold for peanuts for an interstate move, thinking I needed to stop hoarding and thin the heard. Well at least I made it 8 years before it bit me…lol
 
I actually went and ordered a 16 space, with wheels, off amazon. It was just over $200 and I'd been given a Amazon gift card for Christmas. Should be getting it in a day or two
 
Computer datacenters use standard sized racks; wide variety of types and features...
 
I'm confused. I thought it was a rack thread?
Do the Mexican racks come with shock mounts?
 
Work in Progress. Have a fucked disc messing with my right arm so have to do this in increments. Hoping to get an amp switcher and a rack draw for pedals in there. Maybe a cheaper rack processor for fun and an EL34 power amp.
