When I was in the Navy I lived/traveled overseas for 12 out of 13 years. Loved every minute. Been all over the world.
These days.......if I get to McDonalds....its a treat for me.

Bogner's still my tone of choice, but I'll say it truthfully, ain't no amps and gear where I am at currently in my life, geographical locale, and headspace... It'll happen, eventually.

Diezel is still King. Period. And I'm keeping in touch with both Peters regularly.

I'm in Costa Rica, Southern Zone, Pacific Side.... We were aiming to be here a year, and we're now planning on moving that date another year forward, or indefinitely. I think we could see living here, but we're not there until we've been here for a year, had a go-thru of all the seasons (rainy season is apparently QUITE the trip), and the various surf-seasons. But we've already upped our stay by another 6 months, thereby making mid month April "here for another year". I'm checking real estate, checking potential investment ops, etc, but for the most part? Chilling with my fam, totally groovin' with my beautiful wife, surfing every day, chillaxin' like never before, and just living "Pura Vida". Got it made down here in a pimp oceanside casa, sunsets daily, kids rockin' a private bilingual school, and again - my woman and I - making up for a lot of lost time...

Miss my axes? Kinda. Miss my gear? Certainly miss their tone, but I bought a cheap ass classical gut string flamenco that's keeping me alive Jack Johnson style and that's just the way it is right now. I'm happier doing this right now, that mackin' the corpo bucks buying tons of shit I don't need. Life's pretty simple here, and I'm doing just ace.... Not as in Ace Ventura, just as in Ventura is doing ace.
