Where should I buy a Live in Road case for my..............

Splawn Nitro and friends........ Basically want to have my amp, a few rack pieces and pedals stored in a live in road case for giging ...... I just want to ask what company do you guys recommend to get the case from ? Yeah yeah search function , blah blah. I just want to hear some experiences in this thread of what may be the best made at the best price point.

Mine is a Rock Hard. Got lucky and found it used for cheap and it happened to fit my amp. They are solid. :thumbsup:
 
I'd love something like this;

But realistically I'd probably split the head/rack into a separate case that stacks on the speaker case.
 
I'm extremely happy with my Rock Hard stuff.


Like Marshall Law said, you get what you pay for...avoid the ebay crap. The rock hard stuff isn't cheap but I won't buy from any other company now

My whole band has gone through Brady Cases. He's a great guy and makes some solid stuff for good prices. He could easily make you whatever you want.

I've had 2 rock hard cases that are built extremely well, but it took a while to get the last one.
3 weeks turned into over 2 months!
 
I had one from Barry Cases that was very well built. I don't suggest buying anything that is more than waist high. I had a dual head/12 space rack and while it was great for setup time, it got REALLY old anytime you saw steps.

I ordered mine thru http://affordable-cases.com they are not real good with communication, especially email. Best off calling, I did however get my custom case by the date I needed it/was told I'd get it. Might be different now, that was a few years back.
 
I've got a buddy who tours the nation in a metalcore band with Rock Hard Cases and they've lasted him years. I only got a case I ordered from DJK Wholesale after suggestions here, which was cheap and seems durable, but the lids aren't very flush. It's well worth the price though, IMO.
 
If you are in Canada my good friend Steve makes some KILLER cases, he is going to build my Meathead plus rack case! should be awesome!

He is a great guy and builds cases for a ton of people, also will build what you want. I can't stomach the shipping prices from US builders and Steve will build me a Kriz Kraft style case, it's going to be awesome and STRONG! and sadly HEAVY hahahah oh well!
