Finally ordered a 9mm handgun (Canik) and now need to get some decent practice/range rounds. I saw Winchester 124gr 9mm for 50-55 cents a round on gunbroker. Should those be decent?
how do you feel about remanufactured ammo?
I'm fine with it...if it's a decent company though....how do you feel about remanufactured ammo?
No. There may be slightly less felt recoil from a 115gr round but I doubt it. Breaking in a gun is more about quantity of rounds sent through it and depending on the type of gun, it may not need much.Any benefit to breaking in a 9mm handgun with 124 over 115. Depend on gun?
The German 9MMs I own all seem to suggest heavier loads to break the RSA in before expecting reliable cycling. I pretty much run 124 gr. in everything anyway so I can't really say if it was necessary or not.Any benefit to breaking in a 9mm handgun with 124 over 115. Depend on gun?
