I can't believe how much it costs on Musikraft's site. My favorite neck is a maple beak head on my Frankenstrat tribute, just like the one in the Jump video. Got it for $100 on eBay. But it was so long ago, I can no longer look up the transaction and have no idea who the seller was. It was a builder, though, I think around Chicago. I want another one, but in birdseye maple. It's like $540 on Musikraft's site. Where else to get one for a lot less $$?

Thanks. Those Fender/Mighty Might necks are ok. But I was looking for some more figuring and a beak headstock.

That's with a 5A shaft (+250) and a 5A board (+75). Just going down to a 3A shaft brings it down to $410. The premium woods really add up. I just had a fairly straightforward banana-headstock maple/rosewood delivered that was $225 from Musikraft ($247 shipped). The only upgrade was dark rosewood. You can get a great neck from them at a good price but have to resist the urge to upgrade everything...and wait. I ordered that neck in early Dec.
