Sounds a little more flanger but you can cop that sound on phaser but sounds a little more wet. Flanger is more dry

I think that might have been done in Production Not sure but I know End of the Century and Pleasant dreams were pretty heavily produced. Especially End of the Century Which I heard the guys barely actually played on.
