Ishibashi and Thomann, mostly. There's a few other places like in Israel and Puerto Rico (US Territory) that sometimes have older stock of sold out models and can often be found cheaper because they consider them old stock instead of "rare". Like many goods one of the things is that guitars and gear can be more expensive in countries where you wouldn't maybe think because of their economies. So, just because they may be a developing country, doesn't mean you're going to get a guitar for cheap. More than often the opposite.
There are also different import fees depending on the country of origin of the instrument, the cost of it, and also sometimes the country it's coming from. A kinda funny thing was that I was looking at the Hello Kitty Anniversary Fender MIJ Strats (not the squier) only sold in Japan and it would have been cheaper to fly there, buy it at the Fender store, and fly back than to buy any of the offerings available on Reverb from private sellers.
