So, I have a Gibson Les Paul Custom 68 Reissue with a Bare Knuckle Miracle Man in the bridge and a Cold Sweat in the neck. The Miracle Man sounds great, but I'm not satisfied with the Cold Sweat. I don't specifically dislike anything about it, but it just doesn't sound as good as the Motor City Afwayu or Detroiter neck pu's in my other guitars. What do guys suggest? I was thinking either a Bare Knuckle VHII or something by Motor City.

You might want to try the MCP Trex neck.
I thought those were either limited edition or not available to the general public?

No, they are available. I have a neck version. You just need to email Wade.

How does the Trex sound compared to the Detroiter and Afwayu?

59n or a Jazz. I have a DiMarzio 36th anniversary bridge pickup in the neck position in my Traditional which works out well with the TZ in the bridge. I actually liked the 57 in the neck and only changed it as I was going dual exposed cream look and the 57 was a zebra under the hood.

Both great choices. I'll add the Pearly Gates neck model to those if you like a bit more bite and/or do a lot of soloing on your neck pickup.

I only have the neck version and only have owned the Detroiter neck. It is a little thicker/smoother than the Detroiter neck. Think buttery with clarity in a LP style guitar. I have the 2nd Degree in the bridge of my Heritage 150CM and actually ordered the Detroiter with the TRex neck, but found a used 2nd Degree while I waited.
