who ended up with this ccv?

That's the best sounding hot rodded Marshall style amp that I've ever heard. Mark has his issues but dayummmmmmmmm!

That Cameron sure has chops doesn't he? He might be a burn out and a scam artist but man can he play a mean guitar.

That is the tone, right there! There is no amp that I want more. But dealing with Canadian immigration for my wife is taking a toll on my finances. :aww:

where is that thing?? who has it? by far the best sounding ccv!!! maybe chris Schmidt has it, doesn't he have the ccm?

Of all the Cameron and Cameron modded clips I have listened to, Mark's are the best by far.

I agree....maybe it's just Marks fingers with his amp... but this one sounds really, really good. That grind is intoxicating

Yup. That's THE one. I loved my CCV but it never sounded quite that heavenly.

This is my fav CCV clip. And yeah, just like Tone Monster said—my CCV never sounded anywhere close to this.

I believe it's Mark's playing too. I would love to see him get in a good band and get some tunes out.

It's not fingers. The crunch/grind/sustain just oozes outta that video on the simple powerchords. That's all amp/speakers/guitar/pickups.

Not impressed. Sounds vintage-ish to me. The Fortin Bones sounds somewhat like that, but more modern sounding and overall better to me. Just my opinion though.

I love this clip, sounds just like mine.

Sounds like pretty much any other hot rodded Marshall out there. I have played a few Camerons. I never got the hype. I guess to each his own.

If someone doesn't believe that the pick attack makes one hell of a difference, and that three players can make an A5 sound different on the same amp and guitar, that someone might want to listen good to players hit an A5. Seriously.

Do I think that it's the amp that has the good grind in the clips? Hell yes! But 0% is a gross error, IMHO. Cantrell, Hetfield and Petrucci would sound very different through the same amp with the same guitar :)

Its a powerchord for fucks sake. Could you dig in hard, or lightly strum it? Yes I guess but whatever. For me, what I like to hear in amp demos the most, are chugging and powerchords. A great lead player playing single note runs sounds great on almost everything. A 1 strum chord lets me hear what the amp is doing.

I'm with you. Powerchord is basically the same from almost any player, when played correctly. I also agree, a ripping solo doesn't give me an idea of how an amp sounds. Power chords and some palm mutes does.
