some questions in regards to this amp

1) I only run through a single avatar 2x12 cab that's 8 ohms i believe with the daisy chain out. As far as I know this head only runs stereo and has 1 4 ohm mono out. Can I still run the 4 ohm out into my 8ohm cab?

2) I'm assuming there's no footswitch included, do you know if a regular 2-button marshall-esque LED footswitch would work?

I believe any stereo footswitch will work....I owned one from 88-95, it was a cool amp. Those damn metal tabs on the controls always came unglued though. For solid state...it was a good amp.
