Who here uses Greenbacks for low tunings?

I know Pete (ihave27frets) really likes Greenbacks for lower tunings, but just wondering if anyone else here does? I tuned my Edwards V down to B and it sounds really good through my 1x12 Greenback loaded cab. Now I'm not sure if I want a Greenback or V30 loaded cab whenever I get another 4x12. :lol: :LOL:
 
I used greenbacks in a VHT D412 for every track on my most recent cd. I used a 7string with .009-.054 strings. I liked the sound, but I didn't like the slow attack. It could get a little mushy in the lows if I wasn't careful.

Ha - I remember one of those classic Boobie threads on hcaf about 5 years ago. Somone posted a bunch of pics of her and someone else said he couldn't even look at her because she had "midget" thumbs. I don't ever remember laughing so hard. :lol: :LOL:

Back to greenbacks... I tune down to C and drive a greenback loaded 4x12 with a 5150 and I dig it.

Okay... that's my two cents. Please carry on with Nikki. :D
