Who in states can do the channel one mode mod

It's easy to do the mod, but you will need some special switching to make use of the mod. Either build a special footswitch (not very trivial, but any decent tech can do it if you show him the schematic) or use a dedicated MIDI switcher, with 4 programmable relays.
