Well, Apparently it is a "made up" lyric which was "Grrooss." But everyone thought it was Bruce, so sometimes he would sing Bruce live for fun.

When I was a Kid....had the ELO belt buckle. And I wore it proudly.

I had awesome seats for ELO, Dream Theater, and Deep Purple at Camden NJ waterfront back in the 90s.
I was all ready to see an awesome show, the gear was set up, the buzz was in the air...a guy came on the mic and told us Ian was sick and the whole night was cancelled. It took hours to get out of the parking garage as everyone was getting their parking refunded. I was so rejected I actually stopped listening to all 3 bands on that day. They brought me down
