That's awesome! Very "Earl Slick"...reminds me of his Dimarzio builds. Interesting use of a Floyd string retainer instead of the typical Fender style string tree.

phantom rocker

I had one like robotechnology's...sold it..

here's the one I still have..it's an M III

been thinking of selling it

I still have my lynch haji that I will never get rid of...needs to go to a tech though

Didn't know MIII's were available with a maple board.

That was mine to the T but I had a rail humbucker in the neck and mine was black

Quelkian has this bitchin' Snakeskin Mirage.
It's Qweklain, but close enough. ;)

1987 Mirage Custome Deluxe. Only a few of this particular style snakeskin were ever made. When I get the cash it's going to get a total overhaul. Cosmetically it's perfect, not one knick ro scratch or anything.

yessir! It's a nice axe...I dig the purple with the maple board...but, weird as it may seem, I'm just not into 24 fretters these days..which is why I've been thinking of selling it...

always LOVED those ESP strats!!!! Never so much as seen one in person though =(

I had one. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. Well made, but dead-sounding.

Meant to post this when the thread was more current....

1990 custom ordered Mirage; my first real guitar. Cost a damn fortune then, even by todays standards  The MCP Afwayu absolutely KILLs in this guitar! The trem is a Kahler autolatch that locks the bridge in place when the arm is down, and it still works great.

Damn, how did you get your fingers on this!
I believe there were not too many of the "middle finger" version they made.

It helps to know people in Japan. They also had a few black wolf to man ESP explorers made just for the Japanese market. I have been trying to hunt one of those down forever.
