I think it's like this in every state. I was just looking around at Medicaid contractors in my state, one major one was at $1.1b-$1.2b for the past 5 years every year and then in 2024 it went up to $3.8b. I think this was from Biden's admin having to dole out all the fraud money in one shot since they lost the election. I emailed HHS fraud dept asking about it and of course just got something back that had nothing to do with these numbers.
